Janis Petit talks with Charlette N'guessan, co-founder of BACE API, a remote identity verification software using AI-powered facial recognition. Charlette is the first woman to win the Africa prize of engineering awarded by the Royal Academy of Engineering and has been recognized as one of 80 African women advancing artificial intelligence in Africa and around the world. She is co-author of "the AI BOOK " published in 2020 and "Rising to the top Volume IV" published in 2022. In this interview, Charlette talks about "Rising to the top Volume IV", the purpose of this book, and why she wanted to be part of this amazing project. Charlette also talks about what drives her and keeps her motivated.
